Certification Earned:
By the end of the program you will receive the title of Certified Sales Coach (CSC).

Credit Hours Earned:

  • 17 hours in-class training
  • 8 hours of pair coaching practice (with observation and feedback)
  • 5 self-study hours
  • Total of 30 hours

Al is an experienced coach, mentor, trainer and facilitator with more than 20 years experience in the corporate arena. He has expertise in executive transformation, leadership development, building teams and talent, cross cultural integration, strategic and critical thinking, interpersonal communication and digital leadership with a range of global blue-chip corporations in banking and finance, insurance, oil and gas, telecommunication, consumer goods, manufacturing, and consulting.

Central to his approach is working in ways that bring vision and clarity, facilitating the emergence of awareness of leaders in dealing with change and uncertainty by drawing their inner resources and potentials that translate into measurable actions.

As an ICF Registered Mentor, he trains and provides mentoring program for professionals who wish to become a coach with standard competencies and ethics of the ICF.

He is the first Indonesian who received an international coaching credential from ICF for MCC (Master Certified Coach). Al has created the first Accredited Coaching Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) of ICF in Indonesia. It is a specific program to prepare participants to become a professional coach.

Al earned a Master Degree in IT Management from University of Technology Sydney, Australia. He has recently released a new book of “Melampaui Batas Leadership dengan Coaching – Panduan Pemimpin Era Milenium”.
