Do you want to coach a business client but don’t know how to start? You have many business tools but unsure how to use them effectively?

Our Business Coach Certification Program (BCCP) prepares you the know-how to become a coach for business with 11 coaching competencies of ICF (International Coach Federation).

Delivered by ENCO, an Entrepreneurship Coaching division at Coaching Indonesia Company, this program provides you with coaching skills, tools and model to grow a business. By completing this program, you will be ready to start coaching business clients and participate in the acceleration of entrepreneurship development in Indonesia.

Program Overview

This program gives you the inside track on what you need to become a business coach from the ground-up. You will learn how to help entrepreneurs build the mindset, prepare strategies and operate a successful business.

Program material is delivered in the classroom for 3 full days (30 hours) which includes training and coaching practices (including obtaining observation and feedback from coach mentors). You will practice how to apply the 11 coaching competencies of ICF in the business context.
