Asep has spent almost his entire career in the area of human resources and people development. With more than 25 years of professional experiences in many diverse industries, working with different personalities and environment bring him into a professional coach helping the best out of individuals through his passion of listening with logic, heart and soul.

Asep has worked and interacted with different nationalities and personalities from hospitality industries, manufacturing, agribusiness, automotive, telecommunication, logistics, shipping, and insurance and has been exposed overseas such as Singapore, Malaysia, The Philippine and Hong Kong and has involved in change management with Accenture, DDI and Deloitte make him think strategically and contribute quite significant in people improvement and performance for the organization he has worked with.

He is respectful and be awarded while he was in the insurance company as he has successfully participated in Project Grow, USA initiative in connecting the learning platform across the globe, a globalized leadership MBA program and cultural revamp.

His positive personality and passionate in people and learning development has created impact to more than 500 people during his career in professional environment and help facilitated leadership, communication, motivation to more than 1000 people.
