Her expertise in Emotional Intelligence and Human Transformation allows her to integrate systemic thinking with an understanding of the psychological dimensions of human behavior. Through this approach, she supports executives and leaders in making sense of complex organizational dynamics, transforming limiting mindsets and behavioral patterns, and becoming more intentional in the way they lead, communicate, and collaborate.

Lina brings more than 15 years of corporate experience from a multinational technology company, where she held various roles and developed extensive experience in marketing strategy, business development, customer relationships, leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness. Her corporate background enables her to understand the realities leaders face in balancing people, performance, and business priorities.

Since dedicating herself to the coaching profession in 2011, Lina has focused on helping leaders create meaningful and sustainable transformation. She blends the art and science of coaching to help clients recognize the interconnected factors influencing their decisions, relationships, and leadership behaviors, enabling them to translate awareness into practical and purposeful action.
