Gogor Ugroseno, PCC, is a Talent Development professional and coach who is passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths, express their aspirations, and create meaningful pathways toward personal and professional growth. He believes that people already possess many of the resources they need to move forward, and coaching creates the space to uncover them.
With a background in Engineering and a Master of Management, Gogor has built a diverse career spanning engineering, media, marketing, Learning Management, and Human Resources within the telecommunications industry. His experience in developing people, building teams, and implementing corporate culture gives him a strong understanding of both individual and organizational development.
Since beginning his internal coaching and consulting work in 2016 and becoming a full-time professional coach in 2018, Gogor has supported individuals across different career and life stages. His clients range from students and fresh graduates to emerging leaders, seasoned professionals, and organizational executives seeking greater clarity, confidence, performance, and leadership effectiveness.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Gogor has accumulated more than 700 hours of coaching experience. His coaching approach combines empathy, attentive listening, thoughtful exploration, and meaningful challenge to help clients understand themselves better and discover solutions that are relevant to their own aspirations.
Gogor is particularly passionate about supporting people in becoming more confident, adaptable, and intentional in navigating their professional and personal journeys. Whether preparing for a career, strengthening leadership capability, pursuing personal growth, or transitioning into retirement, he creates a trusted space where clients can explore possibilities and move toward goals that are meaningful to them.
