About Al Falaq Arsendatama
Al Falaq Arsendatama is the Founder of Coaching Indonesia and the first Indonesian to hold the highest credential in the coaching profession, Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
As an Executive Coach, he has worked with hundreds of CEOs, senior leaders, and executives from national and multinational organisations, supporting them in strengthening leadership capability, shaping organisational culture, and navigating complex business and transformation challenges.
With a strong background in technology, he co-founded Visecoach, Indonesia's first digital coaching platform that integrates professional coaches with clients through AI-enabled tools, simulation-based learning, and data-driven insights, bridging human wisdom with technological precision.
Beyond coaching, Al is also a green entrepreneur and the Founder of Greenia, a sustainability-driven venture focused on renewable energy and circular economy initiatives. Through Greenia, he actively contributes to environmental impact by transforming waste-based resources into sustainable value.
His commitment to human potential development is further reflected in the coaching community he has built, guided by a bold vision to create meaningful impact for one million people in Indonesia, both personally and professionally, through coaching and the advancement of a sustainable circular economy via Greenia's innovations.
