Reny brings wealth of corporate knowledge and experience into her coaching profession. Her clients have enjoyed her adaptive style in listening, exploring ideas, and powerful conversation in an open and safe environment.

Reny has more than 20 years experience working in corporate environment. She spent most of her career as HR professional in a number of large banking and financial institutions.

In 2016 she decided to pursue her passion in developing people and organisation through coaching profession. Her last role was HR Executive in Permata Bank from which she gained rich learning experience in leading team and organisation.

Reny holds Master Degree from Monash University in Melbourne Australia and Bachelor Degree of Psychology in Universitas Indonesia.
