With over 20 years of professional experience in people management, organization transformation, change management, and learning development, Asep possesses a deep well of knowledge and best practices in both organizational and people-related aspects.

Having collaborated with high-level management teams and held C-Level positions in diverse organizations, Asep is well-versed in understanding the intricacies of the corporate world. This rich experience has made him confident in guiding individuals towards realizing their vision, mission, and values, while unlocking their true potential to grow and succeed.

He has been exposed overseas in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, The Philippines, and Hong Kong, and has been involved in various change management projects, cooperating with both International and Indonesian consultants. These global involvements have broadened his perspective and strategic thinking.

Asep holds a Magister Degree from the University of Indonesia, majoring in Business Policy and Administration. He has also facilitated training programs for over 1000 people in the organizations he has worked with.

As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential holder, Asep believes that this certification enables him to be a professional partner with prospective clients, fostering their human potential.
