Bringing her 17 years of experience in multinational corporation and engineering background, Nanda has solid understanding and skills to cope and excel in high pace, high pressure, complex system, matrix and multi-cultural organization.

Indonesia, as a country with ~265million population, is a very attractive market for investors and global companies. While the fact is true, to win the competition, in addition to knowledge and skills in particular function, people in organization is now required to possess high agility and curiosity yet calmness and strength to deal with pressure.

Those are the qualities that Nanda brings to the table and she has helped many on her team and other people in different organizations to step up and achieve better performance in life.

Born and raised in Indonesia, yet has spent her entire career in multinational industry, has shaped Nanda as a grounded Indonesian with multinational perspective, ready to help more people to explore themselves, rise and shine.

Nanda earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and Master of Management in Marketing, Prasetiya Mulya Business School.

Nanda’s native language is Bahasa Indonesia. She also speaks English fluently.
