With over 25 years of experience in consulting and corporate settings, Tjandra has a unique combination of skills that he brings to his coaching sessions. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Tjandra has over 700 hours of coaching experience. He is known for his transformative coaching style, which helps clients gain awareness and use it to create new and empowering insights to guide their future actions.
