Focus of Work Experience:

Al brings to his coaching, twenty years’ experience as a leader, mentor, and coach. Al has focused his coaching in the areas of executive transformation, leadership development, building team and talent, cross cultural integration, interpersonal communication, and digital leadership.

Prior to becoming an Executive Coach in 2007 Al worked in various IT roles in a number of multinational organizations both in Australia and Indonesia. He is familiar with a range of industry types such as oil and gas, FMCG, manufacturing, and consulting.

From this he decided to become an entrepreneur who is focused in creating digital products and coaching platform, including Visecoach – the first coaching mobile app in Indonesia. This experience has provided him a rich of learning in strategic business planning, managing complexities, talent development, and leading change.

His vision to support coaching development in Indonesia has led him to establish ICF (International Coach Federation) Jakarta Chapter in 2011. In 2013 he created two programs of ICF Coach Specific Training to prepare individuals to become professional coach with internationally recognized standard of competencies. To date, the programs have graduated over 4000 coaches.

Al is the first Indonesian who achieves ICF credential of MCC (Master Certified Coach) collecting over 2700 hours of coaching experience.
