Implementasi Coaching.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">TAHAP 2. Implementasi Coaching selama 6 bulan<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Di tahap ini peserta melakukan coaching secara internal di perusahaan. Setiap peserta memilih 2 orang anggota tim untuk di-coach dengan tujuan pengembangan talenta dan karir.<\/p>\n<p>Coaching dijalankan selama 6 bulan.
