    Tjandra is an Executive, Leadership, Career, and Transformation coach based in Jakarta, Indonesia. With over 25 years of experience in consulting and corporate settings, Tjandra has a unique combination of skills that he brings to his coaching sessions. He has worked with a wide range of clients, including senior leaders and talented individuals, to help them develop their capabilities and reach their full potential.<\/p>\n

    As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Tjandra has over 700 hours of coaching experience. He is known for his transformative coaching style, which helps clients gain awareness and use it to create new and empowering insights to guide their future actions.<\/p>\n

    Tjandra\u2019s coaching style is focused on helping his clients gain a better understanding of themselves and their vision. This clarity has a positive impact on their mindset, behavior, and actions, enabling them to achieve their goals and make a positive impact on others.<\/p>\n

    Tjandra\u2019s client list, including major companies such as PT Pertamina, SKK Migas, PT Elnusa, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo), Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affair (Kemenlu), Indonesian Ministry of Government Owned Company (Kemen BUMN), PT Bumi Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), Ciputra Life Insurance, Permata bank etc. He has worked with a wide range of industries, including Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Mining, Consumer Goods, and Utilities.<\/p>\n

    Tjandra\u2019s coaching experience includes working with senior leaders, for example : GM of a major oil company in Indonesia, coaching him to manage the diversity of his team and handle the many stakeholders critical to the success of the company\u2019s operations, a CEO of an IT Company in Jakarta to better nurture his team as part of his succession plan, a CEO of a Consulting Company in Jakarta to prepare his organization to be ready in the future.<\/p>\n

    Tjandra\u2019s areas of expertise include Transformative Coaching, Executive\/Leadership Coaching, Career Coaching, Change Management, Training, and Transformation Programs.
