Al Falaq Arsendatama, ACC (Certified Coach)

Al Falaq Arsendatama, ACC, is a highly adept coach who creates an effective and positive experience through his openness, sincerity and joyful communication.

He is successful with top-level management, from managers to senior executives. Al connects with his audience at a deeper level to ensure that they are listened, acknowledged, and guided throughout their interaction in a class. His purpose is to bring new awareness to all participants about their unique strengths and to maximize them in many possible ways.

Al has extensive experience in coaching leaders from a a wide range of industries, including telecommunication, finance, retail, food services, banking, consumer products, and health care. He also has clients from government and small-medium businesses. Al's specific areas of expertise include leadership coaching, people development, interpersonal communication, and motivational training.

Since 2008, he has operated a popular personal growth website, called pengembangandiri.com, which attracts 50 thousands readers on a monthly basis. In addition to this, Al has become a source for a number of Indonesian magazines and publications addressing such topics as work-life balance, focus management, job transition, and life purpose.

Al's professional experience includes a career as Director of Coaching Indonesia - an independent coaching firm that provides leadership development and executive coaching to private-sector organizations and government agencies. He has also served as the Vice President of International Coach Federation (ICF) Indonesia Jakarta Chapter - carrying mission to raise awareness of the wider community about coaching profession in the country.

Al earned a Master Degree in IT Management from University of Technology Sydney, Australia. In addition, he holds coaching certification for the level of ACC (Associate Certified Coach) from International Coach Federation.

Mutia Prihatini, CCP (Certified Coach)

Mutia started her professional works in consultancy industry straightly after her graduation from Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia, 1988. Her profession as HR consultant and Industrial Psychologist brought her to support many leading Government Corporation (BUMN)  and Private Corporation in Indonesia. She also developed herself as a business owner when she started her own business in  Human Resource Consultancy – PT. Tribina Multikaryatama in 1990.

On year 2004, Mutia got her license as a Business Coach from ActionCOACH (former Action International) through a 10 days training in Las Vegas. This decision brought her to a wider experience in coaching industry. She, than, opened a business coaching firm – WBC Business Coach – and successfully helped hundreds of SME Business Owner to grow their business.

To help more SME business to grow, she develop www.wbcsolution.com as practical business education resource. As a business coach, she had several regular talk show in some recognized radio station in Jakarta, such as Smart FM, JakFM and Cosmopolitan FM. She is also a contributor writer on Market+ Magazine for Klinik Wirausaha articles.

In 2010, Mutia developed herself to be a corporate and executive coach along with this she is one of the founder of Coaching Indonesia or PT. Cipta Integra Indonesia as a specialist company which serves corporate and executive coaching for its client.
Mutia completed coaching training accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF) from Global Coach Trust in 2011 and being a member of ICF and being an active member in ICF Jakarta Chapter.

At the moment Mutia is pursuing international coaching credentials ACC level from ICF.

Laurencia Lina, CCP (Certified Coach)

After 15 years in corporation environment at Information Technology industry, now Lina is focusing her career in coaching industry. Her passion in helping and serving people has guided and convinced her to step up as personal - life coach in 2011, where she can contribute herself in helping people to live fully.

Her professional experience in previous job has also helped her to assist in corporate coaching program.  Her focus is an individual – personal/life coaching and Executive one-on-one coaching for leaders (directors, general managers and managers) as well as supporting to facilitating leadership development programs.

Lina has 15 years experience working in multinational corporate environment. She spent 9 years at IBM Indonesia working as Channel Management Specialist and Business Operation Manager for Personal Computing Division and 6 years at Lenovo, Pte LTD as Channel Development Manager for Retail and Consumer - Information Technology Product Division.

Lina has completed coaching training accredited by ICF Global Coach Trust. At the moment Lina is pursuing international coaching credentials ACC level from ICF.

Naindra Pramudita, CCP (Certified Coach)

Dita is associate coach in Coaching Indonesia. Starting her passion to coaching as a personal life coach and currently expanding her ability and bring along her career experience to be a corporate and career coach. Joining Coaching Indonesia, a Jakarta based coaching firm since December 2011. In 2012 Dita has completed coaching training accredited by ICF from Global Coach Trust and become member of ICF.

Prior to her career as a coach, Dita had more than 10 years experience (1993 – 2004) in Finance and Capital Market Industry.
In 1993-1998 she started her career in Kliring Depositori Efek Indonesia (later name was changed to Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia), a company that served as settlement agency for stock exchange transactions. Her last position is Deputy Manager of Depository Division. During her service in this company, the stock exchanges was just started the process to convert to a scriples trading environment and it is her department that design the original plan.

In 1998-2004 she joined Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (BPPN), a special government body established during 1998 crisis to do the restructuring and help government in stabilizing the economy. During her term in this office, she spent 3 years in Support Division, designing and developing system for other division in the agency, and spent her last two years in the agency as Group Head of Strategic Review.

Since 2006, she began her new endeavour as a freelance translator, specializing in IT, telecommunications, marketing and finance document. Her client includes big names in IT/internet and telecommunications. She still is translating now, whenever her schedule as coaching permits.
